Agenda of the Review Meeting (Tuesday Afternoon)

Attend: Program Office, Referee, Coordinator, WP Leader, Beneficiaries if requested by the Referee.

  • Start 2:30, End: 6:30
  • Overview of the project and of each beneficiary (1 slide per beneficiary): Giovanni
  • Overview of the progress of each WP: 15 min by each WP Leader
  • Plans for the second year: Giovanni and WP Leaders
  • Feedback of SOTERIA towards the Program Officer and the referee: discussion for all (see below for a list of items)
  • Reviw of the critical aspects (privatly between the PO and the Referee)
  • Further points of discussion

Items for the Soteria feedback to the PO about our goals and impact and so forth

Please add a brief sentence if you have some idea to propose to the PO.

Note that this is a workshop not a conference, we welcome questions, comments and interruption during the talks. For this reason we set a time for the session but not for each talk. The speakers are advised to count to have about 15 minutes to talk.
