- Overview of the project and of each beneficiary (1 slide per beneficiary): Giovanni
- Overview of the progress of each WP: 15 min by each WP Leader
- Plans for the second year: Giovanni and WP Leaders
- Feedback of SOTERIA towards the Program Officer and the referee: discussion for all (see below for a list of items)
- Reviw of the critical aspects (privatly between the PO and the Referee)
- Further points of discussion
Items for the Soteria feedback to the PO about our goals and impact and so forth

Note that this is a workshop not a conference, we welcome questions, comments and interruption during the talks. For this reason we set a time for the session but not for each talk. The speakers are advised to count to have about 15 minutes to talk.
