Goal

The objective is to create an online reference documentation repository where the SOTERIA community, and the space weather community in general, can share documents.

Progress so far

The document repository is 100% completed and since a few months in use. For a direct link to the document list, go to http://www.spaceweather.eu/en/repository/list. Note that not all documents are visible if not logged in as a user belonging to the SOTERIA group.

The work was done by:

  • ROB: Elke D'Huys, David Berghmans contributed the concept, requirements and testing
  • non-SOTERIA partner (http://www.bira.be): Stijn Calders, Michel Kruglanski contribute the development and hosting at http://www.spaceweather.eu/en/repository
  • all SOTERIA teams contribute by submitting documents. Currently 19 SOTERIA members are registered users.

Problem areas

The document repository is now fully ready for use. Its success depends on whether the space weather community will submit sufficient documents.

Suggestions for spin-off, collaboration or improvement

We plan to address the above problem by continuing to make publicity for the document repository. First within the SOTERIA group and later in the wider scientific community by presenting a poster at meetings.
