All WP leaders write 1-2 pages on the objectives of the WP RELATIVE ONLY TO THE THIRD YEAR. Please, do not reuse last year's. Please include a summary of the recommendations from the previous reviews (if any for your WP) and indicate how these have been taken into account. This is particularly importnat for WP2-3 in relation to the change done of the work of OBSPARIS and to WP6 in relation to the delays in the VO discussed last year at the review meeting.

Section 3

All WP leaders write 2-4 pages on the progress and successes of the WP. Follow these guidelines:

• A summary of progress towards objectives and details for each task. This is the final year so of course you must styress how ALL objectives have been achieved. Stress in particular if you think thet have been EXCEEDED;
• Highlight clearly significant results;
• If applicable, explain the reasons for deviations from Annex I and their impact on other tasks

as well as on available resources and planning;

• a statement on the use of resources, in particular highlighting and explaining deviations

between actual and planned person-months per work package and per beneficiary in Annex 1 (Description of Work);

• If applicable, propose corrective actions.
• Please try to make it a compelling and impressive narrative of the research done, highlighting the major achievements.
• If serious problems have been encountered, please, add a description, and explqin how they were overcome.
• Avoid describing the progress as Beneficiary X did this, beneficiary y did that.
• Describe it as a collective effort towards a commonly shared goal. Mentioning when appropriate who did it in collaboration with whom.
• If major achievements have been reached (Nature-grade publishable result) highlight them as appropriate.
