Outreach activities: Soteria is committed to the outreach towards the European society.
Collaborations outside Soteria: Soteria is an open collaborative effrot, where collaborations with other european projects and international collaborations are a central theme.
Dissemination Activities within Soteria
Two key aspects of SOTERIA are the publication of articles in refereed journals and the presentations at conferences (in the form of posters or oral communications):

All works sponsored by SOTERIA should have the following acknowledgement: The research leading to these results has received funding from the European Commission's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) under the grant agreement SOTERIA (project n° 218816, www.soteria-space.eu).
All talks and poster funded by SOTERIA must show the flag of the EU, the logo of the FP7 and the Soteria logo. These are provided on the main SOTERIA web page.

SOTERIA News
A new website with SphinX level-1 data are available now at http://156.17.94.1/sphinx_l1_catalogue/SphinX_cat_main.html The first reduced to level-1 SphinX, in fits format,data have been uploaded there today on about five pm CET. All available in level-1 data are expected to be ready for download from that website early next week.

- Space Weather School in Trieste
- Planned smaller meetings of interested to a subset of Soterians are listed instead on Current Meetings.
- Past smaller meetings of interested to a subset of Soterians are listed under Soteria Visits and Subset Meetings. An important part of Soteria is the collaboration between members. We try to keep a list of visits among members. All members who go on travel visiting other Soteria members are encouraged to add to the list.

- Entering the FORM C online in FORCE: November 15
- Final step: After the form C is approved, please:
- Print it
- Have it stamped and signed by the authorised person
- Scan it in pdf format and e-mail it to the coordinator
- Send the original signed and stamped form to Josee Pierre at the address given by e-mail (withheld here for privacy)
IMPORTANT NOTE: use only the final approved version without the gray watermark saying "draft" or "submitted to coordinator" across it diagonally. Those are unacceptable. Also, only the authorised designed person can sign. All forms need to be signed and stamped.

Deliverable reports
Deliverable reports are due to the Coordinator within 2 weeks of the deadline listed in the deliverable table of Annex I. The lead Beneficiary is responsible for meeting the deadline. In turn, the Coordinator is responsible for providing the reports to the Program Officer.

First semiannual progress report
Here we will collect our input on the status so far. Suggestion, organize it by deliverable and milestone and for each provide a brief description of the activities done highlighting the collaborations between different centers. A template will be provided after the Lapland meeting.
