Goal
Budget (re)alloction. Monitoring problem areas and informing the SB of any need for refocusing of the project.
Progress so far
So far one problem area has been identified in WK2 and corrective actions have been initiated. However the interested beneficiary is at the moment failing to allocate the time to respond to the requests for clarification and replanning. The coordinator is monitoring the situation closely and steps are being taken for establishing the legal framework for the needed actions. The Program Officer has been informed of the problem during a meeting in Brussel in the Offices of REA.
